Chuttaracha Manga Chammanthi ( ചുട്ടരച്ച മാങ്ങചമ്മന്തി )

Ingredients

Raw Mango - 1 medium, cut into small pieces
Grated Coconut - 1/4 Cup
Dry Red Chilies - 2
Shallots - 2
Salt - to taste (1/4 tsp in my case)

Method
1. Roast shallots and grated coconut in a pan till it become golden colour.
2. To the same pan add dry red chillies and roast for 1-2 minutes. Take care not to burn chillies.
3. Grind together raw mango pieces, roasted ingredients and salt.
4. Add 1/2 tsp coconut oil to the grinded paste.(optional)
5. Chuttaracha manga chammanthi is ready :)

Serve with Kanji or Rice.
